I don’t see how somebody could prepare well enough to pull a stunt like this.

This sickens me and saddens me that these women didn’t feel comfortable enough to immediately report their discomfort to staff at the medical center.

Preliminary waived; arraignment scheduled for June 12 in Norristown
Prosecutor Lauren Marvel says he used his job to touch and grope these women “under the guise of medical treatment, but it was for his sexual gratification.”

Marvel noted the courage of Garcia’s accusers for being willing to come forward, and the waiver of the preliminary hearing spared them from having to testify.

Prosecutor Marot Weitz echoed a similar sentiment.

“It's incredibly powerful that the women in this case have been able to have the courage to come forward and talk about that and talk about the struggle of coming forward, recognizing that something was done to them — that it was a crime — and being willing to tell their story,” said Weitz.
