Local police allege a 40-year-old man sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl multiple times after promising to help her after she said she was lost on a trail
Brian Ball, 40, was charged Wednesday in connection with the July 28 assault, according to a news release from the Allegheny County Police Department. Police said he allegedly assaulted the young girl multiple times while walking together along the trail after promising to help her find her way out.
