The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 38-year-old Missing Person Marcus “Arrielle” Dicks. Marcus was last seen at 4:35 P.M., on Thursday, February 10, 2022, on the 45xx block of N. 19th Street.

Marcus is 5’8”, 160 lbs., light brown complected, black curly hair, a red tattoo located on the neck of a “Gemini” and tattoos on both arms. Marcus frequents the area of 400 block of Woodlawn St and 2500 block of Dover St.
