In May, a state police cold case investigator charged Urwin and David Davoli, 54, of Meadow Ave., Charleroi, with criminal homicide.
Gency was 16 and pregnant with Urwin's child when she died, purportedly of a skull fracture suffered after a night of drugs and sex with the two along Gun Club Road in Fallowfield Township.
