"Wilkinsburg police were called to 1304 Franklin Ave. around 10:55 p.m. for shots fired. When they arrived four people were pronounced dead at the scene, three women and one man, Lt. Andrew Schurman said."

Yes it was, and I agree with your earlier post which suggested that the killings were meant to send a message...especially with so many female victims and possibly children.

Wondering if that perp was at the location in a very planeed way like they will all start trying to get back inside so I will stand here for that purppose if thjat makes sense!
