That's why Pittsburgh is beefing up patrols in some areas that border Wilkinsburg, especially the crime-ridden neighborhood of Homewood. Investigators have said bad blood by some individuals there may have led to the shootings on March 9.

But that sounds more "druggey" IMO

The updates have dried up, but there have been some raids and arrests around the city - a parole officer visit which turned up drugs (real drugs - heroine) and guns...I think they are rounding people up who may have some involvement or association any way they can and questioning them. The DA at one point said that it could be related to shootings that happened at the end of 2014 --- here were the shootings from then:

December Homicides (14)
DEC. 1—Lamount Hall, a 26-year-old Black male from Lincoln-Lemington, was found shot to death inside of a parked vehicle in the 1300 block of Manning Street in Lincoln-Lemington. A female was also shot and taken to a local hospital. No one has been charged; the investigation is ongoing.
DEC.5—Saleh Robinson, a 35-year-old Black male from Pittsburgh, was found with multiple gunshot wounds near the intersection of Susquehanna and Pitt Streets in Wilkinsburg. No one has been charged; the investigation is ongoing.
DEC. 9—Dewayne Henley, a 22-year-old Black male from North Side, was fatally shot in the chest at a home in the 900 block of Woodlow Street in Crafton Heights. He ran, but collapsed a block away from the scene. He was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital where he later died. No one has been charged; the investigation is ongoing.
DEC. 13—William Jackson-Bosley, a 22-year-old Black male from Swissvale, was found dead with a gunshot wound to the neck in the 900 block of Taft Avenue in Beltzhoover. No one has been charged; the investigation is ongoing.
DEC. 13—Trinel Bikus, an 18-year-old Black male from Pittsburgh, was found shot to death in a vacant home on Singer Place in Homewood. He had been reported as missing since Nov. 23. No one has been charged; the investigation is ongoing.

The investigations are always ongoing - no one is arrested. Pitts Police solve rate is 46% - that is 20% less then the rest of the nation, scary... and sad.

Shelton is now helping care for her 11 grandchildren who lost a parent in the shooting, including 25-year-old Chanette Powell’s children, 6-year-old Jeron and 8-month-old Chloe. She asks that others in the community keep calm and not resort to retaliation.

But IMOO the ****s will go down in a suicide by gang type retaliation in their twisted glory...............if LE knows then others do also. IMOO there is a reason to show the sweet little ones on TV.

Great post thanx!! I still am leaning toward custudy !! There is just something about killing so many woman and a preganat one at that. 8 months so the I would assume the family knew.

And with that many casings I dont think we could say that they "accidently were hit when /if Lamont main target.

In this piece its the first time I have seen a new image 2:12 and it just made it worse, cause of the "angle" talk about overkill geeezzzzzzzzzz

and it just so looks like they have said aiming for their brains repulsive

and think about it, it is - especially in multiple murders really rare to aim for peoples skull. I do not know if I remember one like this

I was really surprised (and just thrilled) at this annoncement - I hope they have em under 24 hour watch, I certainly dont think anyone that does this would have any "issue" with fleeing the area.

IIRC, yes each person had atleast 1 bullet to the head............I will have to look for a link, maybe I heard it on local news?? One lady had 40 wounds.............overkill for sure. The men had less, must of been in the back of the crowd, such a small porch.
