yes he did have his cell phone with him, it was only active with a text now app and it hasnt been accepting calls since then. as for the trailer people...the were rude and said they have not seen him and that they did not see him that night

1CRZYAZZCO, this is unsettling. Three scenarios are possible at this point. One, he is missing outside and/or with unknown parties and needs to be found. Two, he could not deal with not having his Grandmothers support...you have two waterways, one on either side of the search area. These need to be checked ASAP. Third, there is a legal angle. It appears their "may" be a Bedford County bench warrant out for him, and why LE may be reacting the way they are. You should really check into that out and verify one way or the other. I am hesitant to put any of this on the FB page as I don't want to discourage the search group. Your call.

Matthew went missing January 19th, 2019. According to family and friends, his body was recovered May 27th 2019

My sincere condolences to his family.

Body found in Juniata River identified as man missing since January

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Blair County Coroner, Patty Ross, has confirmed that the body found Monday is that of Matthew Smith, who's been missing since January.

Smith's body was found in a section of the Juniata River Monday.

Officials have not released the cause of death, or if it is being ruled suspicious.
