Found Deceased PA - Matthew Stoner, 33, Lycoming County, 7 Feb 2016

Honestly! I'm telling my son (he's 23) to never EVER walk out of a bar alone at night. EVER.

You need to tell him also to avoid drinking a lot and to watch the bartender and anyone else handling his drinks so they aren't dropping drugs in it. People are being drugged all over the country which enables this smiley face killer phenomenon.

The ruled it an accidental drowning. No signs of foul play. Of course not with no autopsy being performed! The police always say no sign of foul play and never treat the location as a crime scene.

NO Autopsy Performed

"Trauma found on the body was consistent with fall injuries...

...It could not be determined if the fall, or drowning

was the cause of death..."

This article says they think he JUMPED off the bridge. What makes them believe that? I can't believe they're not doing an autopsy. I thought that was a law, that unattended deaths had to be autopsied (except for situations like people in hospice care where it's expected for them to pass).

I agree. Very strange. Unless they were there, they have no idea what happened.

"Floating corpses are not unusual during Spring, when the
water temperature rises, and makes the bodies more buoyant.

Icy waters slow the decomposition process during the
Winter, which helps conceal submerged bodies."

May Prompt Identification Provide Answers for Some of Our Missing.

I am wondering if there is a pedestrian bridge that is not safe enough and has no rails and people are falling into the river accidentally.

There may even be a few of them over that river.

If they are finding bodies each spring then something is seriously wrong with the bridges over the water where people are falling in.

Even if a couple of them were suicides then officials need to consider making it harder to fall off the bridges.

Having a rail with a chain link fence to make it more difficult may save lives. Sometimes it would make a suicidal person think twice and not jump.

Something sounds very strange that all these bodies are being found in the river. I suspect a few of the bridges have no fencing and its too easy for people to enter the water.

Take Matthews case for example. He obviously was not in a good state of mind since the bar didn't let him back in. So he could have tripped and fallen in.

Something is not right with the bridge he crossed. Officials should start with that one.
