woohoo! we have a little update! :) not much new info, but the article confirms that Melissa's case IS still a high priority case and LE isn't letting it go cold!

“Her family calls here constantly,” Adams said, referring to Rodriguez’s mother, aunt and extended biological family.

Jose Rodriguez, however, has not contacted police since he hired a lawyer after police began the investigation into her disappearance, he said.

“He has not inquired once about the status of the case or if there are any new leads,” Adams said.

Why is it ppl can lawyer up?
Personally I feel we need a law that if your related to or the last to see or be with a person that suddenly goes MISSING, YOU MUST Take polygraphs and any tests LE need from you this has gone on long enuff and so many cases could be solved. Its NOT right!

What I find odd about the cleaners and mops he signed out on the 21st is that if something happened to her the last day her saw her which was the 19 he would have needed the cleaners sooner. Especially if the girls were going to come home after school. He would have wanted to clean the mess up right away. Two days later seems too long for that scenario.

I wish Le had more to go on I'm sure he'd be in there and it's probably eating them away that they don't have more to get him for.

Why do I have a feeling her husband is just about to get caught for what he did if the police are digging up his yard? Apparently according to the article dogs led investigators to a certain point of the yard..this does not look good for poor Melissa :( I feel so bad for her and especially her girls :(

UPDATE: Police say no human remains found in search of yard at home of missing Collingdale mom (With Video)

According to police the warrant follows cadaver dogs alerting investigators to area of the property’s backyard earlier this month.

Neighbors on the scene are saying they saw Jose Rodriguez in the backyard with a shovel digging the night before Melissa Rodriguez was reported missing.

I wonder if she was buried in the yard originally, he got scared, and moved her somewhere else. Just thinking that might explain why the dogs had a hit but they haven't found any remains yet.

I have a question for the chief of Police, How come he hasn't question anyone else in this matter? Why does he has this personal need to go right after the husband? I guess that what you get from a small minded small town cop. I think if he actually talks to other people he might learn something else. Instead of basting all his "FACTS" from nosey neighbors, Who after 3 months are now saying they saw him digging in the back yard at 2am and the cops didn't see this on Monday April 22nd? Really???? Have they talk to the girlfriend or boyfriend? I'm doubting that...They just wasted 3month cause they soooooooo think the husband did something.

I love my rights but If I have nothing to hide what's the harm? The guilty go free and The missing remain missing.
