Zackary Pritchett pleaded guilty in July of 2016. His sentencing was based on the third degree murder charge.

20 to 40 years State incarceration on count #1. The Court recommends the defendant be housed at a state mental health correctional facility. No further penalty is imposed on counts 2 and 3. Mandatory court costs are imposed.
