An older picture but does the facial structure match?

A missing woman named Beverly Anna Piert. Went missing in the summer of 89. I don’t think she was reported missing until much later though, I don’t remember her on NAMUS years ago. No picture in NAMUS. Her son died after hitting a concrete wall in the summer of 2002. Same year LE got the anonymous letter. She is from Jefferson Ohio. Straight shot to the dump site on back roads.

Was also thinking, Beverly was last seen riding a bike. Penny’s injuries could have come from getting hit by a car?

That wouldn’t make much sense, in my opinion, when we are talking about all of the connections to Penny Doe on this thread.
