So his family last saw Toley at 2:30 am? Where did they see him? In bed, I'm guessing. He must have slipped out of the house sometime after. He's very young to go out at that hour -- and to do what? Just hang out, I guess. Did he meet some friends to just mess around and something bad happened. Did someone sneak in and take him out of his home? (Not likely, IMO.)
This is a busy time to be out & about -- lots of people partying and possibly driving or messing around the town when they shouldn't; people home from college and partying. Some local schools may already be closed for the holidays, and they may be out & about. Who knoze? His parents/caregivers must be worried about their young son. Gone almost a week.
Hoping the Penn Hills police are looking for him; this is a busy time for LE to keep things in order and respond to calls.
Also hoping he is okay and at home now or very soon.
