I had linked the Lackawanna County Prothonotary site before on this thread. That is the court that handles family cases, etc. rather than criminal cases and provided directions (which you must read before trying to use the site). She ended up in a custody suit with the father of the child in September of 2018 (more than 3 months after being reported missing). Court documents show her address as being the same as her mother. Custody ultimately was awarded to Paige's mother and Paige has supervised visitation at her mother's and the father received supervised visitation as well. In an updated status in November of 2018 the custody order was continued with respect to Paige's mother having custody and Paige having supervised visitation - however the father turns out not to be the father per a paternity test so he is not involved. A screen shot of the docket is attached below with the father's name redacted if that helps people to find the case.

Does it say something if she was there when custody was discussed?

The documents don't specifically say who was present - like checked off or something like that. However, if a party is not present at the hearing it is mentioned. So, in the September order - where custody of the child went to Paige's mother - it doesn't mention any parties not being present. But in the November order - where it was established that the father was not actually the father - it was mentioned that Paige did not show up.

I presume that the baby is with Paige's mother, otherwise, I would expect there would be a warrant for the child and likely Paige since a judge has ordered the child to be in custody of Paige's mother. There is no warrant issued in the docket and none through the county warrant lists. Also, since Troy Leitner had been arrested for the vehicle theft on or about October 11th, 2018 (since bonded out of Lackawanna County Prison back in October of 2018) and he was with her I would think we would have news stories if she were still missing and yet he turned up. He pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on January 31st, 2019 and is out on unsecured bond awaiting sentencing.

While I suppose it is possible that she is still missing, I doubt it highly.

I agree. With the digging around I did I do not see anything anywhere that she is missing or anyone is searching for her any longer.
Surprised that they do not mention the attendees on the docs. But, I guess it is easier to say who is not there in retrospect. I am sure that if the person did not attend, but their atty did, that would be mentioned as well in PA? "Present on behalf of...."?
