The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 25-year-old missing person Paul Edward Dambra-Busillo. He was last seen on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, outside of Pennsylvania Hospital.

He is 6′ 0″, 190 lbs., medium build, black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, gray shorts, and blue/white sneakers.
