The hand tattoos look like Old English "BL" or "DL." Just on a personal whim, I did some searching to see if there were any "BL" or "DL" Philadelphia-based gangs but no such results as of yet. Definitely could be initials, personal or otherwise!

The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) POSTMORTEM WARNING. The face picture is not gory but there is blood on one picture of his tattoo.

The body of a man was found in an abandoned property known for drug use on December 10, 2022.

The decedent was a Hispanic male estimated to be in his forties or fifties. He had salt and pepper hair and brown eyes.

He had a dark brown mustache and a gray beard. He had a tattoo of a red flaming skull on his left upper arm, a black tribal tattoo on his right upper arm, two illegible letters on his right hand, and a tattoo of a religious figure on his back.

He was 5’11” (180 cm) and weighed 337 pounds (153 kg).

Individuals found in the property only knew the decedent as “Isat”, but this name hasn’t been confirmed.
