This album was released in 1987 though. Makes me think this title and also the tattoo could refer to alcohol.

Found it. Ethyl is an English girl's name but also means alcohol......

Yes I had noticed it ment alcohol and made me wonder if the cartoon along w the tattoo had something to do with drinking. Wish there was someway to find out what the cartoon was.
