PITTSBURGH -- A person walking along the Rachel Carson Bridge called 911 after glancing down and seeing a dead man in the Allegheny River on Monday afternoon, Pittsburgh police said.

280 pounds
Dark hair
Gray beard
Brown eyes

I was worried this could be Michael Andres, missing from Beaver County, but the UID's weight and height are considerably greater.

I agree about the weight and height. The UID also looks a lot older than Micahel Andres.

The UID was dressed in name brand clothing also, ( Van Heusen shirt, Claiborne jacket etc) so I am not thinking he was homeless unless he got the name brand clothing from goodwill or salvation army...

Chaddylex, I noticed that as well; the clothing description made it clear this was someone who was nicely dressed. The grayish-green coat got my attention because our county's MP was last seen wearing one, although his is described as a military-style jacket. *Holding out hopes for his safe return home.*
