Cumberland County woman and man sexually abused children, recorded it: police

The 24-year-old woman, who's worked at a preschool center, and 41-year-old man abused kids and recorded it, police said.

Jamie Souders, 41, and Morgan Rothenhoefer, 24, were charged by Pennsylvania State Police, who say they found incriminating photographs on Souders’ phone in June. Police charged Souders with 18 felonies; Rothenhoefer with 19.

State Police say Rothenhoefer claimed she was “very drunk and on cocaine and Adderal” at the time of the recordings.

While searching, investigators found photos of young girls between the ages of 8 and 10 wearing underwear and bikinis in sexually suggestive poses. The images dated back to June of 2006.

In a separate interview with police, Souders said he had known Rothenhoefer for 15 years.

Rothenhoefer said she has known Souders for 10 years, which would make her 14 when they met. However, Souders said he has known Rothenhoefer for 15 years — which would make her 9.
