On Sunday, November 20, 2011, Ramon Rodriguez was last seen at approximately 7:26pm at his residences on the 4300 block of Penn Street. Rodriguez suffers from Schizophrenia. From everything I can tell Mr. Rodrigeuz has been found there is no NamUs, Charley or Doe Network file found for him. As well as he has been removed from the Philadelphia missing persons page on their police website. I hope that he was found safe and returned to his family.
