''HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)– Pennsylvania State Police in Harrisburg are offering a $5,000 reward for information that solves the cold case of a missing man who was last seen in Dauphin County in the 1970s.

Randall Brosius of Valley View, Pennsylvania, disappeared when he was 22 years old. State Police said he was last seen driving east on Route 209 in Wlliamstown, Dauphin County, with two men, Kenneth H. Lenker and Richard Green, of Florida.''

'Police said Brosius was wearing a black Navy peacoat, jeans, and black boots when he was last seen. He stood 5’6 with brown hair, blue eyes, and a mustache, and he had a limp due to a past leg injury.'
