Medics transported 20-month-old Rashaan Anderson to Temple University Hospital where he passed away at 4:49 p.m. An autopsy determined the child had died from blunt force impact and trauma

I have 350 of these cases in my database. I have been doing a serious expansion on it and so have been having to go back through them all with a fine tooth comb. It's very difficult to keep myself emotionally disconnected so that I can continue. I just feel numb from doing one after another. Certain ones I hoped I would never have to look at again and then I get back to them and they eat me up again. Trying to just stay focused on getting the work done.
