Would you have a link that indicates they did a forensic audit and didn't find anything and that they did look from 1997 to 2005?

We do have one regarding cash withdrawals and it was reported that the FBI was monitoring RFG's credit cards.

The only thing close to that that I have seen was the comment from TG, that has been linked, referring to there not being enough money, "at least from a forensic accounting standpoint."

Yes, SuperSmith - my ruling is that we all agree to disagree, myself included. We all get to interpret information as we see fit and assign it the weight we feel it warrants.

Without some official word from LE or MSM, we will not know if a forensic audit was done and/or why it might have been done. So, we can only speculate. And everyone's speculation carries the same weight. It is all good stuff.

ETA: The quote is in the link, second to last full paragraph.

Ok then. I'll add that a forensic audit is not necessary to have someone declared deceased before or after the seven year window. They only need to show a concerted effort had been made to find him (which Rickard testified to) and that no contact had been made or received from the individual (which Lara testified to). I suppose LE could be keeping a forensic audit a secret and that surely is debatable.

If someone can provide a link that says a forensic audit is needed to declare someone deceased I will surely stand corrected.

I don't think a forensic audit is needed, but a trustee is suppose to report on her activities during the trusteeship (the legal term isn't trustee).

That would not, however, include the period RFG was there.

Just for the record, I really am not interested, at this point, in what LG did with the money once she was trustee. It would only be relevant if she were funneling funds to RFG, and I don't think she was.

Well, well....

I got a thick packet of paperwork from the Register of Wills. I will not have time to fully go through it until Friday and the weekend. At least it was a thick packet for my $24.00.

I did see a sheet on taxes paid for something and a petition to declare RG dead.

I think I will need to do a brief overview (who, what, when, where and why) of each document in MS Word, then cut and paste it into one or more posts depending on how much I can fit in a post.

Interesting stuff.... ;)

JJ, have you been able to find the name of the former HA sentenced in Centre County?

-1996-1998 was a busy time for Ray Gricar and the District Attorney office.

-1996 RG lobbied to make the DA position full-time and succeeded.

-1996 RG got the Jillian Robbins PSU campus sniper murder case and continued through 1998.

-1996 RG's brother commits suicide.

-1996 RG marries second wife Emma.

-1996-1997 RG orders an investigation of a Rockview inmate death (Edward Singletary) http://www.personal.psu.edu/faculty/j/p/jph13/SingletaryHanging.html

-1996-1997 Walter Chruby murder trial

-1998 PSU student riots

-1998 Sandusky investigation

-1998 Mystery meeting with Sandusky investigators and Fran Gantor

-1998 Former Hells Angel arrested for road rage aggravated assault

Just some of the hightlights. I am sure I missed some notable ones but my time is limited.

Smith, no, I do not have the name. I've been using A. K., "alleged killer" as a placeholder.

Trackergd, OUTSTANDING.

You can probably locate it through the newspaper you blog for. They may have an archived story about it.

I have the same access to that archive that you have. :)

I'll attempt a Google search.

I'd include the Grove manslaughter trial in 1997.

http://nl.newsbank.com/nl-search/we/Archives?p_action=list&p_topdoc=21

I found it, but you will have to the purchase the article; he was sentenced in 2/1999. He's been in PA and has been in and out of jail, but it looks like non violent crimes after that.

No thanks. Like I said before I already had found it and didn't need to purchase it to get the name and verify it was the correct individual.

BTW, your link doesn't work. The link I have works but you do need to pay to see the whole article.

Thanks for looking JJ

It was the CDT archives. He doesn't appear to have ever lived in Ohio; I think he was arrested a fortnight ago on theft charges in Maine (at least someone of the same age and name). There was an earlier arrest there. There were no apparent ties to Lancaster or Bucks Counties, and obviously not "Quarryville, Bucks County."

Some of even Beck's story doesn't check out.

I imagine he is a little on the old side to be getting into "violent" crimes anymore. He no longer lives in PA and has a son that has gotten in trouble in Pa recently.

The son was in his mid teens in 2005; the son also has a nonviolent record.

A. K. would have been in his mid 50's in 2005, which is also a bit late (except for murder/suicide).

I didn't suggest he was from Ohio. He was arrested in NY in 85 and again in Fort Matilda and sentenced in C.C. in 99.

How do you know this? Until this morning you never verified the individual sentenced in Centre County? It's not "apparent" for sure if you don't look my friend. In reality the individual does have relatives in and around Bucks County but that really doesn't necessarily matter considering HA members travel from Coast to Coast.
