He probably did try to kill himself, but did a half job of it as he is such a coward in every possible way and if that is the case I am glad he didn't success as now he can spend the rest of his dirty little life :behindbar

Body found, (poss) POI/suspect in the hospital, autopsy and results expected later today.

MSM is obviously having trouble keeping up.

Police said they’re looking at the case as a homicide, but they’re waiting on more details from the coroner’s report.
Investigators said they gathered an abundance of evidence over the last few days and that helped lead them to Stahl’s body. On Wednesday, state police executed several search warrants at the house Stahl shares with her husband.

This case sounds very similar to David Hedrick; although there were no previous signs of abuse to Dara.
