as for the moving, I don't believe he had a job to stay at ...if you know what I mean. So he has to move near family for support.

Off topic: Is there an old tale about something called a Piney with 2 left feet? Like the Jersey Devil story? I remember something of this when I was a kid, I think we camped in the Pinelands.....and something about Bass Lake. (bad bad memory from car wreck, I'm I nuts or is this a real memory?)

No; I never heard the two-left feet story! I've heard a lot of stories, but not that one. I'll check on "Weird New Jersey".





I checked in here once in a while to see if anyone has been arrested yet. Seems like.....they know who it is but don't have enough evidence? Yet...it's hard to imagine how there could be any "new" evidence after all this time.

There is no real physical evidence. Human's are the holder of information and to those dots that have been connected. It would be nice to employ the witness protection program to get someone to get the stool pigeon to talk. Very tuff case to prosecute.

I've been watching this one for a year and thinking "the car is under the water somewhere". Its in the delaware. Its the simplest explanation and easily explains why the car hasn't been found.

However, i'll keep an open mind that the FBI has real leads.

Thinking of all of our missing during this time of year. How hard it must be for all involved. It's unimaginable.

dumb question maybe.. but have local waterways all been thoroughly searched? if not, why not?

I don't know if it would be possible to search all of the local waterways. The Delaware is a large river that can be crossed in many locations. Without any evidence of a car going in and no video of their car on any of the bridges or when you have leads that point you in a different direction, I don't know that funding would be granted for searches of that magnitude. I'm not really sure how that would work.

I know that earlier in this thread we discussed a search somewhere in the Delaware, I think. I can't remember what it turned up but it was nothing related to this case.

Happy New Year people,

So, a review, SUPPOSEDLY, there was an exhaustive search using sonic radar and high tech equipement and nothing was found.

Then a few months later, there was another search conducted of the waterways in the investingation of a car insurance fraud operation. Several cars were found, even a truck that resembled richie's. But... wasn't.

What we understand is that the Truck nor them are anticipated ever being found. Again, the main focus now is getting someone to testify against the wronger doers.
