Robert McGill has been missing since 10 a.m. on Oct. 31, police said. He walked away from his home at 1460 Peiffers Lane in Harrisburg and never returned.

He was expected to come back.

Friends and family have been searching for him but haven’t been able to find him, police said. Officers were told that McGill “suffers from mental health issues and is diabetic.”

He is six feet tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
