The local CBS affiliate story has been updated, identifying the victim:

Moon Township Police have identified the victim as 50-year-old Roy Sanders, of Coraopolis.

Police say Sanders had been reported missing around 5 p.m. Thursday. Family members told police they hadn’t seen Sanders or his car since Monday.

Looking at google maps, how in the world did he get his car to that pond? It's not anywhere near a road and surrounded by trees, etc.
