York City detectives are chasing down tips about the homicide of a city man who crashed his car head-on into another vehicle after being shot Sunday night.

Ryan Michael Small, 22, of South Sherman Street, was shot twice in the torso, according to Lt. Troy Bankert... Bankert said investigators don't yet know where the shooting happened, but he said that after being shot, Small drove off before causing a crash about 9 p.m. at the intersection of West Princess and Hartley streets...

"He was targeted, but I can't tell you why we think that," Bankert said.
