PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public's assistance in locating a missing 8-year-old boy.

According to police, Semaj Leake was last seen on the 400 block of Nedro Avenue in the city's Olney neighborhood on Tuesday around 1 p.m.

Semaj is described as 4 ft tall, 70 pounds and has a medium brown complexion. He was last seen wearing a blue polo, blue khaki style pants and black Nike air force one sneakers.
