One of the four young men who critically injured an Ohio teacher two years ago when they threw a rock off an interstate overpass in Pennsylvania has been granted parole.

Keefer McGee, now 19, served 11-1/2 months in jail when he was given his freedom on Wednesday by a Union County judge.
