A 3-year-old Virginia boy died after a shooting at a campground in Martic Township on Friday night, according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.

The coroner’s office responded to Tucquan Park Family Campground at 7:10 p.m. for a report of a shooting. Investigators found the 3-year-old boy of Culpeper, Virginia, inside a travel trailer parked in the campground, the coroner’s office said.

How is a 3 year old being found dead from a gunshot would “not suspicious”? Genuinely asking. Maybe they mean the child seems to have gotten ahold of the gun and accidentally shot himself?
