So sad that there are almost zero details in the database , no even Circumstances of the disappearance of 28 years or a picture. Sparky was a person with feelings and dreams , she is a real person. There must be family or friends of Sparky. These cases are so frustrating because I am thinking how a detective can solve cases like that when there actually no details?
