Moye is being charged with homicide while Hardwick is being charged with conspiracy to commit homicide. The two suspects will be tried as adults.

A news conference with more information is scheduled on Monday.

That PS guy has been onto their bad behavior for a little bit! He seems like he was calling it out and trying to intervene! Too bad he didn't take the offer of help and guidance. He will soon see just where ignoring that sound and kind offer will get him. Thanks to people like PS who stand up and try!

So sad and there's no justification for these two murderers but here's another incident where someone puts themselves in a position (drug dealing)that they shouldn't be in and paid the ultimate price with their life over making a few illegal dollars. The drug ( even weed) world cultivates these types of criminals so there is never an easy deal. Prayers for her family and friends.

According to Waters&#8217; boyfriend, Stephanie and her dog named Duke, got into a recently purchased 2005 white 4-door, Mazda Tribute carrying a PA license plate JSW5615 and was to have headed out to visit a friend in Woodbury, PA in Bedford County. When Stephanie did not show to pick up her boyfriend from work, he wondered what happened. When he returned to the residence they shared, Stephanie and the dog were gone, but oddly the tv was still on. Also Stephanie had never arrived at her friend&#8217;s house, as expected. The boyfriend then walked to his brother&#8217;s house in Newry. He arrived there around 2:30AM and together they started searching for Stephanie, in case she was involved in an accident or broken down along the road.

So then... the killers set up a pot deal with her boyfriend, and she shows up instead with the weed. Questions:

If these killers had the deal set up with HIM, how does he explain to LE that she showed up instead of him?

If she showed up instead - with the weed - as she did, then the boyfriend HAD TO KNOW exactly where she was going, didn't he? (Unless she just magically knew he had a deal and she just happened to carry the weed around with her?)

If these killers had the deal set up with the boyfriend, the boyfriend HAD TO HAVE told her where to meet and who to expect, wouldn't he have? (Unless she just randomly drove around Woodbury hoping to find someone who looked like they were in the weed buying business?)

He told LE half-truths to CYA. He knew the deal was going down in Woodbury, which is why he placed her "friend" in Woodbury. It appears that he was at work, and probably set up the deal via his cell and sent her on the delivery errand. I'd bet dollars to donuts that wasn't the first time she had done it either. In my experience, most people who deal weed aren't major players in the drug world and their customers are usually pretty run-of-the-mill people, nothing to be weary of. It's when pills, coke/crack, heroin, etc. get introduced is when the real sketchy and violent people are involved.

These kids were wanna-be thugs, plain and simple. Well, they got what they wanted. Now they'll be inside the walls with REAL thugs and criminals. Have fun, boys.
