Found Safe PA - Tess Campbell, 16, & Jagger Rowe, 15, Bradford County, 2 July 2017

State police report that two teenagers are missing from Bradford County and are believed to be in each other's company.



Tess Patricia Campbell, 16, of Stevensville went missing around 10:30 p.m. July 2. She is described as 5 feet 4 inches, 120 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a green shirt and blue jeans. She may have her pet kitten with her.



Jagger James Rowe, 15, of Ulster went missing at 10 p.m. from Ulster. He is described as 6 feet 2 inches, 160 pounds, brown hair, blue eyes with a thin build. Police do not know what clothing he is wearing.

No other information was released on why the teens took off in the first place."
