Is there a way to obtain court records/documents for the actual trial? I was told that a jury member questioned the DA. Something along the lines of, "How can you convict someone without evidence?" Wanted to know if that's true. I was also told that it was a false confession due to not being able to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom for hours. How does a man, who died around 10 pm, have a drink at a local bar at 2am?
