On 27 December 2008 at approximately 2300 hours, Thomas J. Esbensen left his residence in Quakertown Borough with his brother, Kevin Esbensen. As they were driving in the area of Heller Rd. and Rt. 212, Thomas saw his friends who operating an off-white pick up truck, dirty and rusty looking with a ladder rack, occupied two times. Thomas got into the truck and was last seen in the truck traveling north on Heller road.
