Could she have been hit by a car, bus or other vehicle, and then somehow crawled or limped back to her home? Apparently she did not suffer any lower-body injuries, but it's a possibility. Fell or was pushed down a flight of stairs? I fell down a half flight of stairs and had 3 badly bruised ribs and a pneumothorax. Horrible pain for several weeks, but nothing permanent, and I had a full recovery. No trip to hospital, etc.

I hope her 4 children are in good hands until she is able to get back home to them. I'm sure that is a big concern for her. Also hoping she has close friends or family nearby who can help her and her children.
Maybe in a few days some or all memory will return. It's not uncommon for that to happen.
Poor woman. SMH.

maybe she's a domestic violence victim and doesn't want to say who hurt her
or she could be involved with gangs and is too afraid to expose them although her FB looks pretty generic - don't see any warning signs on there

How odd but this part from Richrds post does kinda make it sound like a domestic situation?!

The chief would not say if there were any witnesses, but anyone who saw what happened to Kurz is asked to call Northampton County dispatch’s nonemergency line at 610-759-2200

I went to high school in this town - gang activity is a prevalent in Easton/Wilson.

I'm guessing that the town is similar to so many -- not many opportunities for a HS grad (or less) to find a job that will support him or her. Factories and other business have either moved or closed and there are few decent jobs left for someone with few skills. The kids hook up with other similar folks -- a gang is the quickest way, IMO -- many of whom are selling, and perhaps manufacturing, drugs or finding other nefarious ways of making quick money. Gangs, drugs, and guns.

Those are some severe injuries in my book (I am an RN.) This sounds like attempted murder to me, if it was not some type of accident.
