Special Victims Unit detectives are searching for a missing 15-year-old boy.

Timothy Powell was reported missing after leaving a local hospital in the 3800 block of O’Hara Street on the morning of July 26, 2025.

He is known to have mental health challenges and may be drawn to areas with water. Additionally, Powell is reported to be fearful of law enforcement, which could affect how he responds if approached. He is considered endangered.

Powell is described as 5’7”, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, blue jeans, and shower shoes.
