Has anyone mentioned this Doe from Twenty Nine Palms CA? That's down around L.A. She was found late Dec 1970, she's 15-35yo 5'2" to 5'3" est/partial skeleton, she's described as having long red/auburn hair, so I'm thinking brown/reddish highlights. Jeannette's age progression doesn't have the red highlights, I cannot tell if she had them from the b/w photos. But this Doe also has an upper partial denture plate, hers is plastic. It looks like this Doe had been buried, remains found on surface near shallow grave at mining claim.

One thing I would note, though, is for the Doe, they're noting dark roots on the hair. In any photo I see of Jeannette, I'm not getting dark roots. One photo kind of comes close, but again, with the b/w photos, it's sort of impossible to tell.
So L.A. area is more Alcala territory (although I'd guess Zodiac probably made forays into this area as well). While Alcala's not in prison at this time, he's active more in NYC in this period. He's enrolled at NYU and works summers at a camp in New Hampshire. But just noting, he's known to travel long distances and his infamous storage locker was in Shoreline, 41 mins from Arlington via I-5. Plus, he used to smoke pot quite frequently outdoors in remote locations, often in preparation for his nefarious acts, and they're saying pot was at this location where Jeannette was last spotted.
With all that said, is there any more info about the Bundy vehicle sighting?
