His mental situation might pose risk but his arrest history might show a risk as well. 2020 charges of Simple Assault, Criminal mischief/Damage, and Harassment. In January 2024, charges of Simple Assault and Harassment, charges dismissed after subpoena was unsuccessfully served. Again, March 2, 2024 Charges of Aggravated Assault - Attempts to cause or causes Bodily Injury with Deadly Weapon and Harassment.
