Details of Disappearance

Nowell was last seen in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 16, 2017. She left for Baltimore, Maryland, where she is originally from, to apply for food stamps. She was reportedly in the company of a white man named "Nik" at the time. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

If Virgie was applying for food stamps, then it seems she suddenly found herself in financially difficult circumstances. Is it possible she had offered to sell the man something, or he was offering her a job/items/etc, then things went sideways?

Somebody updated her relationship status on FB in July 2019 and in June 2020. People commented but she didn't respond, though someone claimed in the comments that they had spoken to her on the phone.

Apparently she is found and okay!! Glad that this one had a happy ending. Most cases with stories like these don't end well.
