Waalid Mickens was last seen in the company of 24-year-old Jared Montgomery at 4900 Frankford Avenue at 9:37 p.m. Monday. Mickens is described as a black male, 3', 40 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black short sleeve button down shirt with pineapples, blue fatigue pants, and grey/red/blue sandals.

Montgomery, 24, is described as black male, 5'6, 210 pounds, with black hair, a mustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing a blue 76ers shirt, with both "Free Meek" and the number "14" on the back of his shirt, and black sweat pants.

Police believe Mickens may be at special risk of harm or injury.
