Great find, @Ck45202! It was hard to see much of that man that was identified at Temple University Hospital, but it looked like it could be Walter, but if it is him, Temple hasn't notified the Philadelphia Police, and they aren't releasing the patient's name. Walter is still listed as missing on the Philadelphia Police Department website.

I could be completely wrong here, but it seems like the last few cases that I’ve submitted with cash rewards (all of which were 95% positive id’s) all have been positively id’d But the actual identity or source of identification is never released....
