Xiang Huang told the masked men to take the money. Two masked men came into his Chinese takeout restaurant to rob the family who resided over top of the restaurant. Instead of leaving with money they left Mr. Huang shot dead as his wife looked on holding their baby.

The Huang's have two other little girls. They'd been robbed several times before.
The good neighbors of Tacony held a vigil for Mr. Huang.
This is beyond sad and senseless. This area has seen heartache and despair especially over the last year. A gas explosion killed a young PGW worker after blowing up the block last year. This is also right where the people were held in the basement chained. A fire just killed two teens recently and a few years ago two people were murdered. One being a young neighborhood boy shot in cold blood.
RIP Mr. Huang. Please send prayers and positive thoughts for this young family.
