Zoe Elise Zungali and Dominic Andrew Zungali, both 31, along with 18-year-old Gillian Bem, have been charged with child abuse and animal abuse after a neighbor in East Freedom called police.

Dominic's case # CP-07-CR-0001903-2025
His arraignment doesn't appear to have taken place yet and is currently set for 1/8/26 at 1:15pm
His docket sheet shows no less than 32 charges associated with this case, including cruelty to animals, unlawful restraint of a minor, endangering minor, false imprisonment, and aggravated assault with extreme indifference.

Zoe's case # is CP-07-CR-0002113-2025
She is scheduled to be arraigned on 1/8/26 but at 8:30am.
She faces the same charges but a couple more than Dominic, those for reckless endangerment of another person

Gillian Bem (age 18) case # CP-07-CR-0002114-2025
She has a hearing set for 3/12/26 at 1:15pm
She faces 15 counts including endangering a child, reckless endangerment, and cruelty to animals.
