Woman Charged After Children Were Found Living Surrounded by Dog Feces and a Baby Was Discovered Malnourished
A Houston woman, Delissa Monique Williams, was arrested and charged with a felony count of endangering a child after children under her care were allegedly found 'living in unsafe conditions surrounded by dog feces and no electricity.'
Delissa Monique Williams, 38, was arrested just before 10 a.m. local time on Thursday, Dec. 18, and charged with a felony count of endangering a child, according to Click2, which cited Harris County authorities.
