I don't believe the reporter who stated that there was an announcement coming on Monday said it would shock the world. What she said was there was a big announcement. Now, this is not a HUGE announcement, but it IS an annoucement nonetheless, and it tells us a timeframe when we can expect Tim back...

The one who said something about shocking the world was Leonard P. in another interview previously and this was PRIOR to the release about the chloroform, and I do not know about anyone else, but I was fairly shocked when that info came out.
