Padilla NOT revoking Casey's bond - Increasing Security

I kinda thought we were all in the same corner. I may think different about the different players in this case, but I've never thought for one second I was in a different corner than anyone at all on this board. jmo

I am in your corner too!!
Thank you JS:)

I think many of us are differnt corners about different issues regarding this case. The case of revoking the bond is a good example.
Doesn't mean we don't all want the same ultimate goal of peace and truth about this blessed little baby.

I don't find her to be dishonest. Not at this point anyway.
jmho of course.
This is a good example. She was labeled a liar yesterday because she said Casey wasn't going back to jail. I don't think she was lying I think it was her understanding.

Dishonesty may be in the nose of the beholder. First Cindy said the damned car smelled like a dead body had been in it, then it morphed to a rotten pizza. That's lying enough in my humble opinion.

She said the car smelled like a dead body. She said she thought the smell came from a rotten pizza.
Why would it be a lie to think a rotten pizza smells like a dead body?
It might be poor logic and dumb, but it certainly isn't a lie.
If she knew that there were a dead body in that car at the time and then she said it wasn't a body but a pizza, that would be a lie.
If she said the car didn't smell at all, that would be a lie. But she didn't say any of the latter 2 things.

Ummm, I believe the dead body smell was said a day or two before she decided it was a rotten pizza - can't have it both ways and still be credible. You may think so, but I don't.

"Why would it be a lie to think a rotten pizza smells like a dead body?"

I believe a nurse would know the difference.

The recent incidents with George and Cindy increase my (already strong) desire to have this show shut down. It's out of control...Casey doesn't deserve a sliver of attention (rather consequences) and her parents...wow! I'm still not sure what I believe about them (deep denial vs covering up), but it's difficult to watch regardless. *I* can't even stay focused on Caylee, because all of this other crap. Truly, enough is enough. :(

ETA: Ugh...feel like I'm next. 3-2-1...breakdown!

How is that having it both ways?
She said the car smelled like a dead body. Then she said the dead body smell came from a pizza.
stupid, not dishonest.

This woman is a nurse. She would know the difference and I believe she stated somewhere she had morgue experience of some sort. One thing I do know for sure - I would never want this "nurse" at my bedside.

Leonard had to put up $500,000 in assets as collateral in order to get the insurance company to cover the bond. Tony got the 50,000 and never has to give it back. But remember, there is another bondsman involved. Estes. He didn't do this out of the goodness of his heart. He was also paid something. Usually the bondsman gets the 10% and keeps it as his fee. However in this case, anything could go. Maybe TP and LP have an agreement to split the 50,000 and there must be some agreement to give the other guy some money (estes). But it was Leonard to put up the 500,000 in assets to cover the bond. IF Casey doesn't show up in court he stands to lose the whole 500,000. But apparently the rules is they have 90 days to find the person and bring them back before losing the money.

You and I think alike because i asked Tony this exact question a few days ago.

MY QUESTION TO TONY
Tony,
did you and your Uncle Leonard have any agreement prior to the bond being written to return his 50k after you collect it?

TONY'S ANSWER

No, that would be illegal.
