Page remembering

Is there an option I can turn on that remembers the page I’m on? It auto does this for recent threads but if an older thread pops up I start at page 1. Wondering if I need to click a box somewhere

You're in good company. Just yesterday I had a similar experience with something here. I ended up posting to the person I was talking to about it in a DM:
