IDI and RDI can agree without argument that certain actions or events took place that are directly related to the crimes against JBR.
- Removed paintbrush from tote and broke its ends off.
- Removed and replaced pen cap. Returned pen to container.
- Tore sheets from pad.
- Wrote the practice note.
- Wrote the ransom note.
- Tied the cord around the paintbrush.
- Placed the garrote on JBR's neck.
- Caused or inflicted noted injuries to JBR's neck.
- Caused or inflicted noted injuries to JBR's head.
- Caused or inflicted noted injuries to JBR that may relate to sexual assault.
- Caused JBR to eat pineapple.
- Tied the 2nd ligature.
- Placed the 2nd ligature around JBR's wrist.
- Applied tape to JBR's mouth.
- Redressed JBR in oversize underwear and longjohns.
- Wrapped JBR in a blanket.
- Removed batteries from a flashlight, wiped them down, and replaced them.
Anyone that was proven to have been present at even one of these events would've been arrested. Since there have been no arrests, its safe to assume that proof doesn't exist of even one household member being present for even one event.
This phenomenon RDI is faced with, general lack of proof where not even one household member can be proven to have been present at even one event, can be most easily explained.
An intruder did it.
