Amen Sista!! Pretty soon, Hold will be posting to himself...because he will have emptied the room. That's what happens when people go on and on about complete and utter nonsense. Hold needs to re-examine his foreign intruders theory..the fact that the Ramsey's themselves didn't actually believe that members of a "small foreign faction" killed JB...should tell him something. He is in a class...all by himself.

If "chronic infiltration" was all we had, you'd be right. But we have THE GUY saying that she was in fact, a victim of long-term sexual abuse or at least physical abuse.

Thats way out there, SD. Is THE GUY someone who had attended JBR personally, or a 'paid' tabloid hire 3rd party who never even had access to JBR? Can't wait to hear which it is.

It would've been a lot better for RDI to have someone, anyone at all, stating at some time before JBR was murdered, that they thought JBR was being sexually or physically abused.

Personally, I think JBR would've spoken up at school. But thats just my opinion. I think RDI is way off on this, but you knew that already.

No, not at all. I'm learning as I go. If it was foreign intruders, then the only way they could've pulled it off or had any confidence is with advance info on JR, his house, JBR, etc. etc. If FFDI, then there had to be some kind of local help.

Do you really think anyone fearing for their life or freedom would leave a handwritten 2 1/2 page ransom note in the first place, when they live in the same house as the victim's body was found? IDI and RDI can agree without argument that certain actions or events took place that are directly related to the crimes against JBR.

1. Removed paintbrush from tote and broke its ends off.
2. Removed and replaced pen cap. Returned pen to container.
3. Tore sheets from pad.
4. Wrote the practice note.
5. Wrote the ransom note.
6. Tied the cord around the paintbrush.
7. Placed the garrote on JBR's neck.
8. Caused or inflicted noted injuries to JBR's neck.
9. Caused or inflicted noted injuries to JBR's head.
10. Caused or inflicted noted injuries to JBR that may relate to sexual assault.
11. Caused JBR to eat pineapple.
12. Tied the 2nd ligature.
13. Placed the 2nd ligature around JBR's wrist.
14. Applied tape to JBR's mouth.
15. Redressed JBR in oversize underwear and longjohns.
16. Wrapped JBR in a blanket.
17. Removed batteries from a flashlight, wiped them down, and replaced them.

Anyone that was proven to have been present at even one of these events would've been arrested. Since there have been no arrests, its safe to assume that proof doesn't exist of even one household member being present for even one event.

This phenomenon RDI is faced with, general lack of proof where not even one household member can be proven to have been present at even one event, can be most easily explained.

The DA would not allow it because 1. he was too incompetent to take a case like this to trial. 2. he was in business and personal relationships with some of the defense attorneys. 3. the word came down from the governor's office NOT to attempt to treat the Rs as suspects. The R defense lawyers were major political contributors to the governor. THEY called the shots in this case from start to finish. LE and the detectives investigating this case that knew the truth never had a chance. This case was NEVER going to be prosecuted. And they ALL know the Rs are guilty. Even the R lawyers.

Yep, mine too. And to me...that is a whole lot better than having to read his/her ridiculous IDI scenario. (Foreign intruder feeds JB pineapple in the basement, while he tries to figure out what to do with her, because his original plan was to kidnap her, and hold her captive for a few years...and then make her somebody's wife...but, nixed the plan because instead of blonde hair and blue eyes...she REALLY had dark roots and GREEN eyes... )
