"According to Debbie Ingram, spokesperson for Panama City Beach, a bystander notified the Panama City Beach Police Department of the remains shortly after midnight Tuesday.

The remains were found on the north side of Panama City Beach Parkway (Back Beach Road), in a wooded area near the West End Fire Department."

"The only thing we can say is it's skeletal remains, and we're investigating," Ingram said Tuesday morning.
